Common Setup Questions
-
Why won't videos play on my older iPad?
iPads from 2016 and earlier may struggle with our current video format. Try updating to the latest iOS version available for your device, or switch to audio-only mode in your account settings. Our technical team can provide alternative formats if needed.
-
Can I use my work laptop for the course?
Most corporate laptops work fine. However, some companies block certain websites or downloads. Contact your IT department about accessing educational content, or use your personal device for course materials. We don't require any software installations that would violate corporate policies.
-
What if my internet connection is unreliable?
We offer downloadable content for most course materials. Videos can be downloaded in lower resolutions to save bandwidth. Rural Australian students often use this option successfully. Contact support to set up offline access for your specific situation.
